Mark Bartholomew is a 2003 graduate of the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he was on the editorial board of the Lewis & Clark Law Review. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use, business, and municipal law
. He has successfully represented many clients with development and land use matters, from initial work with local planning authorities through the state-level appeals process. He frequently counsels clients on business and real estate matters, including formations, mergers, and the purchase and sale of business entities and the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial real estate. Additionally, he serves as general counsel to several local government entities.
