David Ingalls is a fourth-generation Oregonian. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of California, he returned to Oregon to attend the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, where he was a member of the Law Review and an instructor in Legal Research and Writing. He has been with the Firm since 1984, and a partner since 1986. One of the Firm’s most experienced litigators, Mr. Ingalls has tried dozens of jury cases, both in state and federal courts. He also enjoys working with clients to meet their needs in business and real estate transactions, including land use planning.

Mr. Ingalls lives in Ashland with his wife, Jan. His primary interest outside of work and home is long-distance cycling.
