 Richard Billin received his undergraduate degree from Whitman College in 1987, and graduated cum laude from Willamette University School of Law in 1990 with honors. He worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Jackson County from 1990 to 1997, before beginning his civil litigation career as a partner with Bluth and Billin, P.C. Mr. Billin joined Hornecker, Cowling, Hassen & Heysell, LLP, in May, 2000. He focuses his current practice on construction, real estate, and related civil litigation. He also has extensive experience with lien foreclosures, landlord/tenant law, and related collection work. Outside of work, Mr. Billin is a member of the Ashland Housing Commission, and enjoys mountain biking, bicycle road racing, trail running, and cross-country skiing. |
