Richard L. Billin

Richard Billin received his undergraduate degree from Whitman College in 1987, and graduated cum laude from Willamette University School of Law in 1990 with honors. He worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Jackson County from 1990 to 1997, before beginning his civil litigation career as a partner with Bluth and Billin, P.C. Mr. Billin joined Hornecker, Cowling, Hassen & Heysell, LLP, in May, 2000. He focuses his current practice on construction, real estate, and related civil litigation. He also has extensive experience with lien foreclosures, landlord/tenant law, and related collection work.

Outside of work, Mr. Billin is a member of the Ashland Housing Commission, and enjoys mountain biking, bicycle road racing, trail running, and cross-country skiing.
