 Mark Bartholomew graduated in 2003 from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, where he was a law review editor. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, land use, and business law. He also has extensive experience advising Homeowners’ Associations. He has successfully represented many clients with development and land use matters, from initial work with local planning authorities up through to the handling of appeals before the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals. He has served as legal counsel for multi-million dollar business and real estate transactions, including formations, mergers, and the purchase and sale of business entities and property. |
